James Harris, Minot
City, county and school board elected officials, just how far do you expect your Minot residents to "cough up" with increased taxes, water bills, etc. to pay for everything?
I elected not to own a home in the flood plain back in 1969 and since then have had my garage/house full of flood victims and their household goods three times. I never charged anything to help.
Oil boom, heavy load on city, county, school infrastructure, etc.
Just when are the Minot residents expected to stop being taxed for it all, especially the residents "out-of-the-flood-plain" that came to the rescue of those living in the valley?
With the ever-increasing cost of food, fuel, insurance, you-name-it, just how much blood money do you city, county, school officials expect to get out-of-the local taxpayers / residents?
