A 23-year-old Arizona man was killed in a one-car crash one mile east of Tioga on U.S. Highway 2 on Sunday evening.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Colton L. Means, of Cameron, Ariz., was driving a 2001 Chevrolet pickup east on Highway 2 when the vehicle went onto the left shoulder of the road. The driver overcorrected and went into the median. The pickup overturned and came to rest on its roof facing southwest, partialy obstructing the westbound lanes of traffic.
Means was taken to a Tioga hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Means was wearing a seatbelt.
