MSU women’s golf team takes fourth

DETROIT LAKES, Minn. - The Minot State University women's golf team finished fourth out of 11 teams at the Concordia Invite on Sunday at Wildflower Golf Course.

The Beavers had a two-day total of 709. First-place Minnesota State University-Mankato scored a 660 to edge Southwest Minnesota State University by four strokes.

Mankato's Alyssa Kalthoff won the event with a two-day score of 159. MSU junior Mackenzie Nagel followed an 86-shot round Saturday with an 81 Sunday and finished tied for seventh.

MSU sophomore Dani Look bounced back from a first-round 91 to post an 83 and finish tied for 14th.

The Beavers travel to St. Paul, Minn., Sunday for the Concordia University-St. Paul Invite.
