WASHBURN - Sharon "Sherry" Sauer, 71, Washburn, died Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012, in her home.
She was born Jan. 11, 1941, to Lewis and Vera Betts, in East Grand Forks, Minn. She married Wesley Sauer on Oct. 12, 1991, in Washburn.
Survivors: husband; daughters, Susan Jacobson, Fargo, Kristi Smith, of New York, Michele Jacobson, Washburn, and Amy Zacha, Mandan; sons, Jeff Jacobson, Jamestown, and Jason Hejl, of Florida; stepsons, Jason Sauer, of Florida, and Todd (Lauri) Sauer, of Louisiana; 12 grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren,
Memorial service: Monday, 10:30 a.m., First Lutheran Church, Washburn. Inurnment will be later.
Visitation with the family: Sunday, 5:30 to 8 p.m., in the church.
