The National 9/11 Flag is held on the steps of Old Main at Minot State University by military and firefighting personnel Thursday afternoon. The flag, which flew near the wreckage of the World Trade Center in New York in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks in Sept. 2001, will be driven to Bottineau next.
