Agenda: The council will consider a land sale and donation to Artspace. It will consider other recommendations of its standing committees and planning commission, including action on the Northridge Villas cul de sac in northeast Minot and townhouses near Minot Church of Christ. The council will consider a MAGIC Fund request from Minot Area Development Corp. for infrastructure in east Minot.
