The Mouse River Rollers roller derby team recently presented a $300 donation to the Souris Valley Animal Shelter. The check was from a portion of the proceeds the Mouse River Rollers raised from their first home bout, which was held at the Maysa Arena in June. A non-profit organization, the Mouse River Rollers said they are always excited to find ways to help other organizations in the community.
