The first Minot State University athletic department noon luncheon will be Thursday at Seven's Restaurant in the Vegas Motel. Head football coach Paul Rudolph and women's soccer head coach Jason Spain are scheduled to speak. Elected student-athletes will also be in attendance.
The luncheons will have a new format this year, as MSU has partnered with KMOT-TV for the 2012-13 season. The partnership is meant to give the luncheons more structure.
The television station will provide a personality to host and monitor the events. The luncheons will showcase video highlights and a question-and-answer session from student-athletes and coaches from various MSU teams.
The cost to attend is $9 per person.
