Agenda: Minot Church of Christ is requesting a change to allow multi-family housing, Evergreen Neighborhood Development is requesting a subdivision off 27th Street Northwest. The commission will consider apartment buildings in southeast and northwest Minot, condominiums in southeast Minot and commercial lots at the Southgate development near Dakota Square. It will discuss an amendment to the comprehensive plan related to residential densities.
