Now that everyone in Williston is bragging about how fast a bypass can be built. In theory, people think trucks are going to go the long way around town now. Let's give them a better way around Williston. Build a bridge across the Missouri River south of Tioga so north-south traffic can really flow. Why can't the state see the big picture here?
