WHITE SHIELD Janet Grady-Slind, 55, Roseglen, died Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, in a Minot hospital.
She was born June 28, 1957, to Julia Bluestone and Harry Grady, in Minot. She was once married to Olin Howard, whom she married in 1980. She married Gary Slind in 2007.
Survivors: daughters, Angela Howard, Roseglen, Mari Anna Howard, Wakpala, S.D., Lujuanna Howard, Fargo; son, Wilbur Howard, Bismarck; three grandchildren; brothers, Arnold Grady, rural Parshall, Robert Grady Sr., of Houston, Raymond Grady, White Shield; sisters, Margaret Winanz , New Town, Christine Grady, rural Parshall, Elan Cunningham, Helen Grant, and Josie Costanza, all Omaha, Neb., Donna "Dottie" Poitra, White Shield, Audrey Bluestone, Parshall.
Funeral: Friday, 11 a.m., Ralph Wells Memorial Complex, White Shield.
Burial: Bluestone Family Cemetery, rural Parshall.
Wake service: Today, 5 p.m., at the memorial complex.
