MAPLETON (AP) - Authorities have arrested a teenage boy in the armed robbery of a gas station in the southeastern North Dakota town of Mapleton.
The robbery at Gordy's Travel Plaza was reported about 6 p.m. Monday. The Cass County Sheriff's Office says the 17-year-old suspect was stopped a short time later on Interstate 29 in the Fargo area and arrested without incident. Authorities say items in the boy's car link him to the holdup.
No one was injured in the incident.
