NEW ROCKFORD - Mabel Joyce Applegate, 73, Bismarck, formerly of New Rockford, died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, in a Bismarck nursing home.
Joyce was born Sept. 17, 1938, to Christopher and Mabel Christianson, in New Rockford. She married Everett Applegate on Aug. 12, 1957, in New Rockford.
Survivors: daughters, Cheryl Flick, Chaseley, Denise Roerick, Rugby; five grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Ebel, Fessenden, Evie Verhagen, San Jose, Calif.; brothers, Lee, Dickinson, Gary Christianson, of Sheyenne.
Funeral: Monday, 10:30 a.m., First Congregational Church, New Rockford.
Burial: Prairie Home Cemetery, New Rockford.
Visitation: Sunday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., in Evans Funeral Home, New Rockford.
