Bonnie Jean Kjelbertson, 77 of Stafford, Va., formerly of Minot, passed away Friday, July 27, 2012, at the home of her granddaughter, Mona Ryerson, in Stafford.
She was born Sept. 1, 1934, to Raymond and Julia Souther.
She is survived by: her son, Rick Kjelbertson, Granville; daughter, Deborah Morrison-Pixler, of Arizona; three sisters, Lavonne Birney, Evylyn Preskey and Duraine Freelander; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: her son, Jesse Kjelbertson; three sisters, Rose Kallis, Violet Wilson and Adaline Carroll; and two brothers, Sylvester McNabb and Julian McNabb.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Aug. 8, at 2 p.m., in Bethany Lutheran Church, Minot.
Burial will be at a later date at Rosehill Memorial Park, Minot.
Memorials may be made in her name to Bethany Lutheran Church Building Fund.
