The newest addition to the Dakota Territory Air Museum is making progress. The new hangar is being built west of the existing museum (in the background). An approximately $1.3 million structure, the new hangar will house warbirds from the Texas Flying Legends Museum in Houston when they are on display in Minot. When the warbirds are not in Minot the hangar can be used for other displays. The structure already is paid for with several contributions. It is expected to be completed this fall.
