A South Dakota woman is dead and a California man is injured following a rollover crash three miles east of Des Lacs on Ward County Road 10 Tuesday morning.
According to an accident report from the North Dakota Highway Patrol, around 6 a.m. Michael Tiedeman, 40, of Yucca Valley, Calif., was driving his 1999 Dodge Durango with Wanda Zoellner, 49, Groton, S.D., traveling westbound on County Road 10. The car left the road and rolled several times after the driver failed to make a turn on a curved part of the road. Zoellner was found dead at the scene while the driver was injured and transported to Trinity Hospital.
