As a storm descends on the fair, Kelly Hansen gives the peace sign to concert goers, minutes before all attendees were ordered by authorities to the grandstand building as reports of damaging winds and hail began to look possible.

Many people fled from strong winds that battered the Fairgrounds as a large storm made its way through the Minot area.
