WILLISTON Lyle Germundson, 82, of McClusky and Minot, formerly of Williston, died Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at ManorCare Health Services in Minot.
He was born July 25, 1929, to Obert and Alma Germundson, in Hope. He served in the Army in the Korean War from 1951 to 1952. He married Irene Hanson on Nov. 20, 1955, in Hope.
Survivors: sons, Gary, Enid, Okla., Wally, Williston; four grandchildren, one great-grandson; sisters, Lois Swenson, New Rockford, Shirley Hoffman, of Phoenix, Carol Berger, Rosemount, Minn., Corinne Berg, New York Mills, Minn.; brothers, Jack, of Hope, Bud, Minot, Maynard, Wahpeton.
