Sherry Lynn Houim Shuyler, 47, of King, N.C., formerly of Garrison, died Sunday, July 1, 2012, of injuries suffered in a car accident near Dorchester, S.C.
She was born Feb. 24, 1965, to Delmer and Mary Ann Houim, in Bottineau.
Survivors: daughter, Gayle Lanier, of King; son, Trevor Bolas, of Dobson, N.C.; two grandchildren; parents, of Velva; sisters, Kathleen Lang and Karen Kittelson, both Velva; brothers, Delmer Houim Jr. and Danny Houim, both Tioga.
Memorial service: Sunday, July 15, 3 p.m., Oak Valley Lutheran Church, Velva.
