DICKINSON (AP) - The Stark County Commission is slated to review a permit Tuesday for a proposed $325 million diesel refinery near Dickinson.
The Dickinson Press reports that the county's planning and zoning board approved the permit for the facility last week.
A subsidiary of Bismarck-based MDU Resources Group Inc. is planning the refinery that could be completed in 2014.
Officials have said that it would produce up to 10,000 barrels of diesel per day.
North Dakota has only one refinery, Tesoro Corp.'s facility in Mandan.
