Minot Planning Commission

Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW

Agenda: Target Logistics is requesting a zone change for a hotel/lodging facility southeast of Minot. St. Mark's Lutheran Church is requesting a permit to add sewer connections for six campers to serve flooded families or volunteers. The commission will consider three proposed residential subdivisions in northwest Minot, future commercial development north of 11th Avenue and east of North Broadway, a master planned community south of U.S. Highway 2 and east of 55th Street Southeast and a commercial and multi-family residential development northeast of Minot. The commission will discuss a park dedication ordinance.
