Darell and Loraine Olson, Grand Forks, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house Saturday, June 30, from 1 to 4 p.m., in University Lutheran Church, Grand Forks. Their children, Scott, of Wausau, Wis., Mark, of Bloomington, Minn., and Janel Petrick, of Grand Forks, and their families will host the event.
Darell Olson and Loraine Jenson were married July 1, 1962, in Christ Lutheran Church in Minot. He retired from Burlington Northern (BNSF) Railroad. She retired from a secretarial position at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, Grand Forks. The couple has eight grandchildren.
