FARGO (AP) - A jury has convicted a Fargo man for his role in the armed robbery of a convenience store last fall.
WDAY-TV reports that jurors deliberated for about 1 hours before finding Charles Butcher guilty of a conspiracy charge in the Oct. 26 holdup of a Stop-N-Go store.
Butcher was one of three men charged in the robbery. The other two pleaded guilty earlier.
Butcher could face up to 20 years in prison.
