June 18, 2012
Minot Daily News

FARGO (AP) - A group of European mill owners and managers is in North Dakota this week to learn more about the state's hard red spring wheat crop.

The North Dakota Wheat Commission says the officials are from Spain and Italy, which together import about 36 million bushels of U.S. wheat each year.

The group on Monday and Tuesday will visit North Dakota State University and the Northern Crops Institute in Fargo, the state Mill and Elevator in Grand Forks and also a farm, before moving on to Minnesota and Ohio.
