Phil and Jan Heilman, of Minot, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house Saturday, June 16, from 2 to 4 p.m. in their home at 1436-5th St. SW.
Phil Heilman and Jan Bischoff were married June 18, 1962, in St. Ann's Catholic Church at Fillmore. He worked as a maintenance man at Sweetheart Bakery in Minot and is currently employed part-time doing maintenance at Select Inn in Minot. She is a housewife.
Their children are Patty Mazigian, Bismarck, Paula Reed, of California, PJ Heilman, of Colorado, and Kevin, of Minot. The couple has eight grandchildren.
