Lucille "Lucy" Sinclair, 75, Minot, died Thursday, May 31, 2012, in a Minot hospital, with her loving family by her side.
Lucille "Lucy" Weinmann was born January 14, 1937, in rural Harvey, ND, to Francis and Elizabeth (Bosch) Weinmann. She was raised in Harvey and graduated from Harvey High School in 1955. She later attended Minot Business College. In her early adult life she worked for Coca Cola Bottling Company in Minot.
On June 22, 1963, Lucy married James "Duane" Sinclair at St. Leo's Catholic Church in Minot. Following their marriage they made their home on the farm in Muskego Township, Renville County, near Lansford, ND, where together they farmed and raised their family.
Those who shared in her life: loving husband of 49 years, Duane, Minot; children, JoAnn (Donald) Blake, Minot, Lyle (Shirley) Sinclair, Bismarck, ND, and Brenda Sinclair, Minot; grandchildren, Tyler Anderson, Ashlyn Sinclair, and Alexis Blake; brothers, Richard Weinmann, Harvey, ND, and Florian Weinmann, Rugby, ND; sister, Christine (Ben) Gross, Atlanta, GA; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins survive.
Lucy was preceded in death by her parents and one sister-in-law.
Funeral: Tuesday, June 5, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Leo's Catholic Church, Minot.
Visitation and vigil prayer service: There will be no reviewal, but friends may sign the register Monday, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. with the vigil prayer service at 7:00 p.m., all at Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.
Burial: A private burial will be held at St. Henry's Catholic Cemetery, rural Foxholm, ND.
