As a local property taxpayer I am more than glad to pay property taxes, but why should I be singled out from property tax exempt properties, like churches, low income, special developments, etc. Our current measure is to delete property taxes? Wrong! It should read: All North Dakota property owners pay property taxes: No exemptions. This would automatically reduce all property tax payers bills by half. All the N.D. government contemplating about this issue would be solved.
