Agenda: The commission will make recommendations on a large residential and commercial development west of the U.S. Highway 83 Bypass, a Central Power substation southeast of Minot, construction of a duplex in Eastwood Park, an addition to the Comfort Suites currently under construction, townhomes in northwest Minot, expansion of Chateau Apartments as part of reconstruction, a permit for a propane transloader unit on Valley Street and a Kohl's store on the former Walmart property on 22nd Avenue Southwest. The commission will discuss a proposed park dedication ordinance.
