GRAFTON (AP) - A Grafton man has been sentenced to serve 10 years in prison for driving a neighbor into the countryside and shooting at him in a dispute over tire rims.

Twenty-nine-year-old Esteban Dominguez was accused of shooting at David Nelson Jr. of Grafton four times last Aug. 4 in a dispute involving tire rims that disappeared from a storage shed. Dominguez was convicted at trial in February on charges of attempted murder and terrorizing.

Another man pleaded guilty in October to being an accomplice. The Grand Forks Herald reports that Raymond Wynne of Grafton was given a suspended sentence.
