Agenda: The council will consider recommendations of its planning commission and standing committees, including hiring additional staff for flood recovery and a proposed chemical storage facility in north Minot. It will consider a MAGIC Fund Screening Committee recommendation regarding a company's sale of property that the city once had donated to Websmart. The council will act on an ordinance expanding the city's extraterritorial jurisdiction and will discuss long-term flood recovery.
