BISMARCK (AP) - A change of plea hearing is scheduled for a former Bismarck teacher accused of having sex on multiple occasions with a 17-year-old girl.

John Allen Krueger has pleaded not guilty to three counts of felony correction or solicitation of minors, and his trial had been set for May 15.

The Bismarck Tribune reports that a change of plea hearing is now scheduled for May 16 in the case.

Police say the girl told a police detective she had sex with Krueger at his home, at a hotel and at a radio station where he also worked.

Krueger was the instrumental music director at St. Anne School, Cathedral Grade School and St. Mary's Grade School. He resigned from the position in February.
