JAMESTOWN (AP) - Authorities have identified an 8-year-old boy who died in an all-terrain vehicle accident in southeastern North Dakota.
The Highway Patrol says Jacob Shockman of Berlin died from injuries he suffered Sunday when the ATV he was driving rolled and pinned him northeast of Edgeley.
A 5-year-old passenger was treated at a Jamestown hospital and released.
