BETHEL FREE CHURCH HOSTING CONCERT BY ASSOCIATION FREE LUTHERAN BIBLE SCHOOL CHOIR TODAY The 46-member mixed choir of Association Free Lutheran Bible School, located near Minneapolis, will present a concert of sacred music, titled "Hallelujah! What a Savior!" in Bethel Free Lutheran Church, 530-22nd Ave. NW, today at 4:30 p.m.

The repertoire of the choir includes sacred classics, hymn arrangements and energetic spirituals.

A freewill offering will be received at the concert. Supper will be served following the concert.

DATE SET FOR ANNUAL SPRING BOUQUET Augustana Lutheran Church will hold its annual Spring Bouquet April 14 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Bread of Life Lutheran Church, 1415-17th Ave. SE.

Crafts, plants and silent auction items will be available for sale.

Lunch, featuring oriental chicken salad and dessert for $8, will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

ANNUAL MEATBALL DINNER TO BE HELD IN CARPIO The annual spring meatball dinner in Carpio Lutheran Church will be April 15 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Meatballs and gravy, mashed potatoes, homemade lefse and buns, along with green beans and coleslaw will be served. Slices of assorted homemade pies, including some sugar-free pies, will be served for dessert.

The cost will be $8 for adults and $4 for youth ages 6 to 12. There will be no charge for preschoolers.

Sunday school raffle tickets will be sold during the event.

CHRISTIAN WOMEN'S CLUB TO MEET TUESDAY Minot Christian Women's Club will meet Tuesday from 12:15 to 2 p.m. in the Grand International Inn, Minot. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m.

The theme is Spring Too Sweet for Words!

Author and speaker Scott Gottschalk, of Kimball, Minn., will present the program, "Is There a Book Within You?" and will share a message, "Are Angels for Real?"

The cost is $10 inclusive.

GIFTS EVENT SCHEDULED APRIL 14 IN MINOT The next WND Synod Growing in Faith to Serve program will be April 14 in Bethany Lutheran Church, 215-3rd Ave. SE. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. with the event scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. and conclude by 3 p.m.

The presenter for "Faith Apps: First Century Tools for Passing on Faith in Twenty-first Century Congregations" will be David Anderson, an author and coach from Vibrant Faith Ministries in Minneapolis.

Anderson's book, "Vibrant Faith in the Congregation," will be given to the first 50 people who pay registration for the event.

Registration, which is $10, includes lunch. To register, send payment to WND GIFTS, c/o Jan Zook, P.O. Box 101, Bowbells, ND 58721 by April 10.

The event is open to all members of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.

EASTER EVENTS AT MINOT CHURCH INCLUDE BREAKFAST, EGG HUNT ?The men of Southside Church of the Nazarene, 2220-24th Ave. SE, will serve a breakfast on Easter Sunday at 9:45 a.m. An Easter egg hunt will begin at 10:15 a.m.

The worship service will be at 11 a.m.
