Honorary federal special agent

Marcus Anthony Cox, center, is sworn in as an honorary federal special agent on Feb. 22 at First Assembly of God Church in Minot. Representatives from a multitude of national and Canadian law enforcement and emergency responders community were on hand to honor Cox, who was born with a brain injury that left him physically and mentally disabled. Administering the oath is Michael Feinberg, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Investigations agent in charge. At right is Cox's father, Bill Cox.
