PRIMETIMERS GROUP TO MEET THURSDAY The PrimeTimers Fellowship group from Our Redeemer's Church in Minot will meet Thursday at 2 p.m. in the gathering area of the church, 700-16th Ave. SE.
Arlyce Nylander and Judy Randle, both of Minot, will provide the program, "Tickling the Ivories," at the piano and organ.
Refreshments will be served by Group 2.
DATES SET FOR ANNUAL BISHOP RYAN CARNIVAL The 2012 Bishop Ryan Carnival will be held Feb. 17-19 at Bishop Ryan High School in Minot.
The Midway and Food Court, featuring games for all ages, bingo and the legendary cake walk, will be open Friday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 2 to 9 p.m.
A walleye and shrimp dinner will be served Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday German food will be served from 5 to 8 p.m. and a turkey dinner will be served Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., with bingo sessions from 1 to 4 p.m.

CHRISTIAN WOMEN'S CLUB TO MEET TUESDAY Minot Christian Women's Club will meet Tuesday from 12:15 to 2 p.m. in the Grand International Inn, Minot. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. The cost is $10, inclusive.
The meeting theme will be "Always Be Open To LOVE."
The program will include "Songs from the Heart"?by Brian and Connie Briggs, of Minot; "Young at Heart" information on holistic medicine by Brian Briggs and a message, "Grace & Love Are Better," by Charolotte Pierson.

VALENTINE'S DAY EVENT PLANNED SUNDAY IN MINOT CHURCH Valentine's Day will be celebrated Sunday at 6 p.m. at Southside Church of the Nazarene, 2220-24th Ave. SE. The evening will include a special meal as well as a variety of entertainment.
The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for children ages 12 and under.
BUFFALO DINNER TO BE HELD FEB. 19 IN MINOT CHURCH The annual buffalo dinner will be held at Bread of Life Lutheran Church, 1415-17th Ave. SW, Feb. 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Tickets are $13.50 for adults and $6.25 for youth ages 6 to 12. Children age 5 and under will not be charged. The maximum cost per family two adults and children will be $30.
