Agenda: The commission will consider townhouses on the former Washington School site, a pet crematorium in southeast Minot, construction of a housing center for flood recovery workers at Our Savior Lutheran Church, employee housing and hotel construction in Northern Plains Energy Park, a planned residence district in northwest Minot and a commercial and residential district southwest of Minot along 37th Avenue.
