Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW.
Agenda: The commission will consider a request for temporary housing in an energy park west of Minot and a request by Kum & Go to rebuild its store in southeast Minot. First International Bank is seeking a permit for a temporary bank building on its existing flood-damaged site. Tires Only is requesting a zone change to manufacturing on land adjacent to the railroad northeast of Minot. Verizon is proposing a communications tower in southeast Minot. The commission will consider several residential development projects.
