Agenda: The committee will act on a request from CommunityWorks North Dakota to support its affordable housing project. It will consider a request from the Flood Recovery Committee for a change in the property-tax exemption on new homes. The committee will consider flood-related repairs, the Northwest and 37th Avenue Southwest sewer improvement projects, 37th Avenue Southwest water improvement project, North Minot trunk sanitary sewer system, a paving district for Stonebridge Farms Addition and the 2012 Urban Roads project list.
