Agenda: The council will consider the 2012 budget on second reading, raising sewer rates and cemetery fees, a mass-care sheltering and feeding program contract, a request to construct a temporary housing facility, a letter of support for an affordable family housing project in southwest Minot for Community Development Inc., and a joint powers agreement with First District Health Unit for the demolition of flood damaged structures and removal of debris.
