Agenda: The committee will consider proposals to provide disaster recovery management services to the city. It will discuss whether to allow non-conforming, grandfathered rental properties in the flood zone to be re-established. The committee will act on a proposed ordinance establishing requirements for temporary workforce housing and decide whether to use the new sales tax to pay the pre-final engineering costs on a flood protection plan.
