Agenda: The committee will consider a paving district for a new development in northeast Minot, additional funding for auditorium remodeling, borrowing money for flood efforts from a flood control maintenance and operation account, hookup fees to north Minot sanitary sewer and a lease agreement with the school for use of the auditorium.
