Katia Deserly and Ken Hough Jr., together with their parents, Randy and Sylvia Deserly, New Town, and Patricia and Audrey Staples, New Town, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
She graduated from North Dakota State University in Fargo in 2006 with a bachelor's degree and is employed with Hess Corp. in Minot. He is employed with Dan Fladeland's Oilfield Service.
The wedding will be Saturday, Oct. 15, at 5 p.m. in Bethel Lutheran Church in New Town. The reception and dance will follow in the New Town Civic Center. No invitations are required.
