Minot Planning Commission

Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW

Agenda: The commission will consider a a variance for a 68-unit hotel in southwest Minot and reconsider a hotel request in the Northern Plains Energy Park. It will discuss work force housing in Northern Plains Energy Park and proposed employee dormitories at CHS on East Burdick. It will consider a 10-lot commercial and residential development in southwest Minot; a permit to store explosives in Great Plains Energy Park; 13 lots for single family housing in southeast Minot; 12 residential lots at the U.S. Highway 83 Bypass and 19th Avenue Northwest; employee dormitories at CHS on East Burdick; and a development for Wallwork Trucks in southeast Minot. Commissioners will discuss the additional property in the city's two-mile jurisdiction.
