Agenda: The commission will discuss a request from Robert Hale for a townhouse development east of 30th Street and north of 20th Avenue Southwest. In Northern Plains Energy Park, the commission will consider requests for work force housing at Sixth Street and 36th Avenue Northeast, sleeping quarters for 24-hour staff at 104-40th Avenue Northeast and a zone change for a hotel at 40th Avenue Northeast and North Broadway.
