Agenda: The committee will consider bids on a bay lift system at Fire Station 2. It will consider a joint powers agreement with Minot Air Force Base to provide backup maintenance of water and sewer utilities at the base and a mosquito spraying program with the base. The committee will review a recommendation for filling the Ward 2 vacancy.
