Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW.
Agenda: The committee will consider bids on a sewer project, auditorium II remodeling, Safe Routes to Schools sidewalk and the shared use path on 13th Street Southeast. It will consider paving districts in northwest and southeast Minot and requests for tax abatements from Chateau and South Pointe Apartments. The committee will make recommendations on proceeding with railroad crossing improvements and relocating utilities for the 55th Street overpass project.
