Agenda: Commissioners will reconsider a request to exceed density limits for an apartment complex in south Minot. The commission will consider preliminary plats on industrially zoned property north of 42nd Avenue and west of Eighth Street Northwest. Verizon Wireless seeks a permit for a cell tower in the 500 block of 30th Street Northwest. The commission will consider siting a diesel fuel storage tank on the west side of the U.S. Highway 83 Bypass at Fourth Avenue, rezoning residential land to commercial on 55th Street Southeast and creating residential lots north of the Boy Scout Camp.
