Minot Planning Commission

When: Monday, 6:30 p.m.

Where: Minot City Hall, council chambers, second floor, 515-2nd Ave. SW.

Agenda: The commission will consider a proposed Olive Garden Restaurant in the Dakota Square area. It will discuss rezoning land on 16th Street Southwest, near 35th Avenue, to allow commercial development. On the east side of 13th Street Southeast, the commission will consider a 52-unit apartment complex south of 35th Avenue, 19 resident lots at 34th Avenue and a townhouse development north of 37th Avenue. Commissioners will discuss a zone change and variance to allow 144 residential units east of Main Street and south of 37th Avenue Southeast. Forward Building Investments is seeking to reconfigure two lots in Northern Plains Energy Park 2nd Addition, located at the intersection of Second Street and 40th Avenue Northeast.
