Agenda: CDI and Artspace are requesting a letter of support to seek tax credits. CDI plans an affordable apartment complex in northwest Minot and Artspace wants to build residential/retail space for artists downtown. Representatives of Bonestroo will update the council on the drafting of a city comprehensive plan. The council will consider recommendations of the finance, public works, liquor and gambling control, airport and pay plan review committees and planning commission.
