Cancer benefit planned at MSU

Students at Minot State University are planning a dodgeball benefit Nov. 30 to help defer expenses for cancer patients in in the Minot area.

"Help support cancer patients by flinging dodgeballs at your opponents," coordinator Amber Kroke said. "If you want to play and make cancer pay, contact me at amber.kroke@gmail.com or call 721-6499."

The event is scheduled to run between 7 and 9 p.m. in the gym in Swain Hall.

Participation is $5 per person in teams of six with proceeds going to cancer patients. The public is invited to participate.

The event is sponsored by the MSU Biology department, MSU Club Biology and Trinity Hospital.
